The Students

While the College is residential, a proportion of married students live off campus. The College aims to provide all students with on-campus accommodation for at least two years in a three or four year course. In 2006 a total of nearly 490 students are enrolled at the College, around 315 of whom are full-time students in Years 1 to 4. The students include men and women from a variety of denominational and ethnic backgrounds and who are over twenty one years of age on entry. The average age at entry to undergraduate courses is 28 years. A number are from overseas and are planning to return to their respective countries of origin. Over ninety percent of full-time undergraduate students already possess a degree or diploma. Most students have had considerable experience in the workforce before entering College, and most are planning to engage in stipendiary ministry work on graduation.

About 40% of full-time undergraduate students of the College are candidates for ordination in the Anglican Diocese of Sydney.

Those wishing to inquire about ordination within the Anglican Diocese of Sydney should contact Rob Smith (tel. 02 9268 1589).
