Moore renewed

Moore’s registration as a Self-accrediting Higher Education Provider was recently renewed for another 7 years. This outcome is a testimony to an enormous amount of effort by the College’s Registrar Rhonda Barry, in particular.

The Principal, Dr Mark Thompson, commented on hearing the news, “This is a wonderful development and puts the College in a very good position with regard to our strategic plans for the future.”

“May I take this opportunity on behalf of all of us to congratulate Rhonda for this achievement and to thank her for months and months of extraordinarily hard work to get us to this point. We are very grateful to you Rhonda and thankful to God for his kindness both in providing you to the College and enabling us to reach this important milestone.”

The College was commended for its quality and continuous improvement with the renewal approval attaching no recommendations, which Vice Principal & Academic Dean Dr Colin Bale welcomed.

Moore College’s Chair of Academic Board, Professor David Cohen (President of the Academic Board
UNSW) responded, “The high quality of the academic programs at the College is reflected in the very positive comments from TEQSA. Any university or college in the country would be happy to receive such a report from our Federal regulator.”

Rhonda Barry remarked, “The College’s aim to provide the best possible theological education experience in equipping students to serve Jesus is reflected in this very pleasing outcome.”
