Last night former Moore College lecturer, Dr Graham Cole, now Dean of Trinity Evangelical Divinity School in Chicago, returned to Moore to participate in the latest event in the College’s year of Reformation celebrations. He gave a public lecture on ‘The Reformation through the eyes of Bishop J C Ryle’.

“It was vintage Graham’, remarked College Principal, Dr Mark Thompson. “It was clear, displayed a remarkable breadth of understanding, and it was pastorally warm and encouraging.”

“It was a delight to have Graham back among us, to preach in the College chapel and to give this public lecture. We are thrilled that one of our own is exercising such a strategic ministry in America at this time.”

The Public lecture by Dr Cole was the latest in a series of Reformation celebrations at Moore. The next event is the Annual Moore College Lectures3, 7-11 Augustwhich will be given by Carl Trueman, a well-known church historian who has written extensively on Reformation themes.
