Part-time students in the degree or diploma programs can choose to enrol in day or night classes or a combination of both. Units offered at night rotate on a three-year timetable. Detailed descriptions and current timetable of all units for part-time study can be found on this page.
We are committed to studying in the context of community and so students who study part-time are encouraged to attend chapel services and lunch in the dining room on the days they are at College for classes.
The Master of Arts (Theology) is a coursework masters program that is offered in intensive mode, usually two, three-day blocks per semester. Students can choose to do one or more units per semester and have six years to complete the course.
All classes are held at Newtown and are taught face-to-face.
The Master of Theology is a research masters program that can be undertaken part-time and students have six years to complete the course. It consists of a number of pathways options and requires 25,000-50,000-word thesis.
It is the responsibility of the student to organise regularly meetings with their supervisor.
